The machine adopts the structure of manual feeding and close plate valve discharging and operates without powder dust.Meanwhile, there is no mechanical extrusion and strong friction when mixing materials,which can remain completion and non-abrasion of materials’ particles.Mixer drum of the machine is made of stainless steel,no pollution for mixing materials.In addition,the machine also installs timer device which can control the time of mixer materials.

The machine makes the drum cylinder rotate by reducer motor and makes use of asymmetry of two cylindrical different lengths forming of the mixer to mix.When the mixer runs,the materials change from decomposition to combination.Due to different motion energy,it will produce horizontal force to push materials alternating horizontally.While the materials work from combination to decomposition,due to different surface of materials,it will produce horizontal force to push materials alternating horizontally.After drum cylinder rotates a circle, approx 25% materials flow from one drum to the other one.Simultaneously,when the drum cylinder rotates,it will produce radial force to make the materials flow.Therefore,the materials are decomposed horizontally and radially,alternately combined.In the end,it will make the materials approach very uniform mixing effect.
